• Increase Bus Availability
• Social Clubs for Children and Teens
• More Media Emphasis on Good Things that People/Kids are Doing
• Bike Routes on Collector and Arterial Streets
• Cul-de-sac's Becoming Parking Lots?

Neighbors Knowing Neighbors

• Go Door-to-Door
• Food - Cookies
• Live by nice people, people that are considerate
• Inform people - Tell them what bothers you!
• Show respect
• Block parties/Recreation & Fun/Parties
• Promotion of 'Neighbors Night Out' (Combined Block Parties)
• Get a fund going - To support a night watch, etc.
• Talk to your neighbors: When on a walk, stop and say 'Hi'
• Smile and be friendly
• Christmas Lights - Award for Best Neighborhood
• We need to get 17-28 year olds involved
• Neighborhood Watch - Brings people together and helps make a better neighborhood
• Set a common goal - Get a leader!! Or Hire one! $10/month?
• Collective Garage Sales
• Potlucks - New Year's Eve, Xmas
• A small city park (Like Henderson)
• Keep up Parks - Clean, Safe, Fun
• Keep up Schools. Keep them Clean
• Say 'Hi' to 'different' people. Let them know they are important.
• 'Welcome Wagon' for new folks
• Social Opportunities -
  Door-to-door, food, block parties, nights out, visiting - walks, holiday celebrations, Safeway, garage sales
• Communication -
  Be considerate, show respect, share concerns, introduce self, be friendly, let them know you notice them, welcome new folks
• Public Space in Homes -
  Front yards, porches, garage to rear, allow/encourage on-street parking, sidewalks/walkways
• Community Spaces -
  Safe, friendly, library, 'neighborhood' stores (Two Rivers, Safeway), neighborhood parks
  Week-end vacation together
• Neighborhood Watch -
  House, Pet care
• Common Cause/Goal
  Kids get involved
• Streetscaping -
  Friendly, walkable
  Space: Trees, remove barriers, (hedges)
  Good sidewalks, pedestrian lighting (NOT-street scale lighting)
