The aquatics programs of Albany Parks and Recreation provide community access to water exercise classes, recreational swims, and water safety instruction to local schools. Four locations are managed by this program:

• Indoor Facility: 
  • Albany Community Pool (open year round)
• Outdoor Facilities:
  • COOL! Swanson Park Action Center or COOL! Pool (open mid-June - Labor Day)
  • Takena Spray Park (not completed, open mid-June - Labor Day)
  • Waverly Lake Paddle Boat Rentals
