Cardio aerobics are fun and energetic exercise programs that will build your cardiovascular endurance and your body's ability to burn fat.
CARDIO DANCE WORKOUT
This is a refreshing alternative to the traditional aerobics class. You will get both cardiovascular and muscular gains with beautiful dance routines. You will develop strength, increase energy, burn calories, and tone your arms, abdominals, hips, and legs.
EARLY MORNING FITNESS
If you're up early, then this is the class for you. It will include warm up activities, walking, stretching, and flexibility as well as strength training with light hand weights. Everyone is welcome and those with physical limitations are given special attention.
LATE NIGHT STEP
Get your family settled for the evening and then join us for an energizing workout. Step is an excellent way to have fun while burning calories! Your instructor will also incorporate some weight training during the class for a total body workout. Come join us!

Adaptive Pilates is a great exercise program for people with physical limitations. Improve strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility. Chair, free weights and resistance bands are used in the workout. No previous experience is necessary.
The class has alternating intervals of cardio and strength exercises performed to up-tempo music, using a variety of equipment (free weights, bars, balls, bands, and benches). Floor exercises and stretching to relaxing music will complete each workout.
This intense muscle strengthening classes incorporate resistance equipment, weights, and barbells to increase muscle strength and endurance without adding the bulk. It is great for the more advanced student, but can be modified to meet your fitness goals.
Strength Endurance Training (S. E. T.) is the way to reach your personal best and boost your physical endurance. Participants use multiple strength techniques incorporating bars, resistance bands, and hand-weights alternated with cardio endurance drills for a well-rounded workout.
Get a head start on the weekend with this advanced Step and Sculpt class. If you know Step and love it, this is the class for you. Have a blast the first half of class with Step and in the second half, we will get the weights out. Join us on Fridays and be STEPtacular!
TONE 11 (Afternoon, & Evening Classes)
Tone and shape your muscles while getting your heart pumping with added cardio. One of the two days we will weight train only and the other day we will add cardio to the weight training. Join us in doing something great for your mind and body. You will feel and look your best!
This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and a high energy cardio work with Latin-infused ZUMBA™ moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training, dance fitness party. There is also a class, Zumba Gold, geared for those who want a slower pace but want the fun of the dance moves.

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION EXERCISE PROGRAM
The Arthritis Foundation exercise program offers gentle, joint-safe exercises developed specifically for people with arthritis to help relieve stiffness, decrease arthritis pain, and improve balance. The low-impact exercises can be done while sitting, standing, or on the floor. These classes are led by Arthritis Foundation certified instructors.
BETTER BONES & BALANCE™
Reap the benefits when you take part in this exercise program that will significantly slow the rate of bone loss in adults of all ages. Improve your balance, flexibility, coordination, and see an increase in muscle tone and overall body fitness. This class is based on research developed in OSU Bone Labs.
Pilates is a series of low-impact exercises that concentrate on building strong abdominal muscles which improve balance and coordination. The Pilates Combo format involves toning with light weights, balancing, and a mat workout using a combination of yoga and Pilates moves. Pilates helps the body to move efficiently and increases the body's ability to cope with day-to-day stress and activities.
TAI CHI CHUAN
Tai Chi is a form of meditative movement that originated in China. It teaches mind and body harmony and how to cultivate internal energy or chi. It also helps you to relax, relieve stress, and promotes your general well-being.
Improve your balance, posture, body awareness, and coordination. You will work on your abdominals, core strength, and flexibility. Gentle Yoga is a gentler, slower-paced class that removes any fears or challenges in doing yoga. It is accessible to people of all fitness levels. Hatha Yoga is the most popular form of yoga. It utilizes postures that work to release tension and stress, promote flexibility, strength, and restore health and peace of mind. You will finish feeling strong, stretched, and centered. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to each class.
