What are Site Improvement Projects?
Site Improvement Projects commonly referred to as SI Projects are designed as the City of Albany's method of implementing public improvements by private contractors, developers and citizens.
The SI process is typically used when public improvements such as water, sewer, storm drain systems and or streets are required to be designed and constructed by non-City personnel. The range of projects this could encompass could be a small extension of water main and fire hydrant to a large subdivision.
If you have any questions regarding the SI Process please contact Jeff Woodward or Rob Goings at (541) 917-7676.
