Downtown Building Revitalization
CARA is offering grant and loan funds for the restoration of buildings in the area of:
- 3rd Avenue to the Willamette River, and
- Baker Street to the Calapooia River.
$550,000 has been awarded to revitalize 12 properties. Several additional requests are being finalized.
