Consultants of Record Roster

The City of Albany followed ORS procedures to develop a Consultant of Record Roster for eight categories of Engineering and Related Services. This roster is effective July 1, 2009. Any Department within the City of Albany may issue Work Orders to firms on this roster for services less than $150,000.

Use of the COR roster by other Oregon public agencies

The RFP issued for the COR roster selection process included this statement:

“Pursuant to ORS 279A.205 other Oregon public agencies may establish agreements with Consultants placed on the City of Albany rosters resulting from this RFP process. The condition of such use by other agencies is that any such agency must make and pursue contact, contract terms, delivery arrangements, and all contractual remedies directly with the firm. The City of Albany accepts no responsibility for performance by either the firm or such other agency using this roster. With such condition, the City of Albany consents to such use by any other Oregon public agency.”
