The City of Albany accepts only online job applications through the NEOGOV system. Visit our Current, Temporary/Seasonal, or Internal/Promotional Jobs links where you will find instructions about the NEOGOV online application process. When completing the application form there are separate sections to complete such as profile, education, and work experience. The NEOGOV system will guide you through each step of the application process which are:
- Job Application
- Agency-wide questions
- Supplemental questions (if required)
- Application Confirmation
- Certification and Submission
NOTE: A separate application must be submitted for each position for which you apply. Keep a copy of all materials submitted as your application packet cannot be returned nor copies made for you.
