City seeking volunteers for Library Board
The City is seeking
volunteers from Albany city residents to fill two positions on the
Library Board for four-year terms beginning July 1, 2012.
Applicants must be residents of the city of Albany, and the Board meets
the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Main Library, 2450
14th Avenue S.E.

Summer activities at Albany Public Library
Kids
of all ages can find something to do at Albany Public Library all
summer long. Activities begin after school is out in June and
conclude just before the Labor Day holiday. Most are scheduled at
both branches: Main, 2450 14th Avenue SE, and Downtown Carnegie, 302
Ferry Street SW.
