Park Facilities Close for Winter Season

Albany Parks & Recreation staff has begun winterizing park restrooms and preparing parks for the winter season. Park restrooms will close beginning Monday, October 20, 2014.

Albany park facilities may be rented daily beginning May 1, 2015 through the end of September 2015. Park shelters may be reserved up to 13 months in advance.


Periwinkle Path Closed for Repairs

The Periwinkle bicycle and pedestrian path is closed from Kinder Park on Oak Street to Queen Avenue SE through November 6, 2014, for concrete repair work. Trench Line Excavation of Corvallis is doing the repairs.
