You may reserve the park picnic shelters at the City of Albany Parks and Recreation Department. Reservations will be accepted 13 months in advance of rental date. Shelters are available beginning Memorial Day weekend through the last weekend of September.

Reservations give renters exclusive use of the shelters. The remainder of the park is open to the public.

Note 1: Thirty days advance notice is required for Timber Linn and Monteith shelter/stage refunds. Other parks' shelter/stage require a 14 day notice.

Note 2: Group size refers to the number of people that can be accommodated by the number of picnic tables at the site.

Note 3: Monteith shelter/stage reservation does not include Senior Center parking area.

Note 4: Parking capacity limits number of people that can be accommodated at this shelter.

Note 5: Pick-up keys during regular office hours for a weekday event or on Friday afternoon for a weekend/ holiday event. Keys are loaned with a refundable deposit – stove or stage $25, bollard $50.

Note 6: Alcohol permits required available at Albany Parks & Recreation. Cost is 20 dollars plus security deposit.
