As coach of a team in the Albany Parks & Recreation sports program, you certify that all players are of the required age for the league in which they are playing. You furthermore certify that all players who meet the required age for their repective league, but who are under the age of 18, have the appropriate and current paperwork on file with Albany Parks & Recreation as is defined in the rules of the particular league.

Team Registration Process

  1. Registering An Account
    1. Register for account, using a valid email address as your user name;
    2. Confirm your registration by checking the email used to register your account and clicking on the link provided;
    3. Once your account is active, you will be able to login and start creating teams;
  2. Creating and Editing Teams
    1. Login and click, “Start New Team Roster,” select a league, enter your team’s name, and submit the form to create a new team (You are only allowed to create one team per league/season)
    2. You will now see your added team(s) in the section “Your Team Rosters”;
    3. Click edit next to your team’s name to edit that team roster until the closing date (listed next to each team);
    4. You will be unable to edit rosters after the closing date.
  3. Contact P&R front desk either in person or by phone at: 333 Broadalbin St or 541-917-7777 and make payment by registration deadline. The city accepts Visa and MasterCard payments over the phone.
    1. All team registration fees must be held with a valid credit card. On registration deadline, the credit card will be charged any remaining team fee balance. A courtesy call will be made to the cardholder before the card is run. Any credit card that is not able to cover team expenses will be charged a service fee of 25% of the initial team fee.
    2. If a team has not paid team fees in full by the registration deadline noted on our quickscores webpage, the team will not be added to schedules and will forfeit their opportunity to be involved in league play. Schedules will not be recreated for late payment purposes.
  4. Link to www.quickscores.com/albany
    1. Print out our “Sports Code of Conduct” in the “downloadable files” section to the left and review with your team.
    2. Print out “League Rules” in the “downloadable files” section to the left. Please review the rules and familiarize yourself with new additional rules for the upcoming season.
    3. Print out “Under 18 yrs Parent Permission Waiver” if applicable from the “downloadable files” section to the left and submit to P&R front desk.
  5. One week after the registration deadline, return to www.quickscores.com/albany to view and print schedules, scores, and standings throughout the season.
