It presents the environmental impacts associated with the construction of new facilities at the Albany Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). It assesses the potential environmental and societal impacts of the no action, preferred and second preferred alternatives including a review of zoning and land use, floodplains, wetlands, cultural resources, biological resources, water quality issues, costal resources and socio-economic issues.
Best management practices that must be followed during construction are also reviewed.
