The City of Albany distributes a community survey periodically to find out what citizens think about the city and the services you receive.

2020 National Community Survey

The City of Albany partnered with The National Community Survey (NCS) to conduct a community survey. They will collect the data online using a random sampling of Albany residents, analyze the data, and benchmark against communities of similar size.
