Albany Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce a long-term sponsorship agreement with Central Willamette Credit Union as the presenting sponsor of the annual Northwest Art & Air Festival.
“Central Willamette Credit Union has been doing wonderful things in our community for years and we are thrilled that they have stepped up to sponsor the Northwest Art & Air Festival,” Mayor Sharon Konopa said. “They have been an important community business leader for many years and this is a wonderful way to showcase how much they value the community where they already play a big role.”
“At Central Willamette, we are committed to Building Better Lives Together,” said Chief Marketing and Retail Officer Amanda Lunger. “We are beyond excited to partner with Albany Parks & Rec as the presenting sponsor for the Northwest Arts & Air Festival; a tried-and-true celebration that highlights the many ways the valley is an amazing place to live, work, and play.”
Over 50 years ago, Central Willamette Credit Union had a vision of a thriving community supported by a genuinely helpful credit union. Ever since, they’ve been committed to that vision, providing members with smart financial guidance from friendly people members can trust. They are all about serving the people who live, work, and play in the Willamette Valley. It's what they love to do.
“This partnership with Central Willamette Credit Union will allow us to bring new experiences to the festival along with the best talent and entertainment,” said Nicole Markel, resource development coordinator for Albany Parks & Recreation. “Our business community support has always been the core of the festival’s success and we are delighted to have the support of such a terrific corporate citizen that is so deeply committed to our city and this event.”
The 2019 Northwest Art & Air Festival is scheduled for August 23-25 at Timber-Linn Memorial Park and Albany Municipal Airport. Visit www.nwartandair.org for current information.
