Plan now to detour through some of Albany’s side streets this summer while several major construction projects are underway all over town.

The work has been in the planning stages for years while the City saved up money from a variety of sources including systems development charges, State of Oregon programs, and fees for water and sewer service. None of the work is paid for by property taxes.
