Let’s Get Artsy

Grab your paint brush and discover the world of art as you explore a variety of art mediums. You’ll be introduced to the unique art forms of Vincent van Gogh, Pollock, and Andy Warhol as you put your personal touch to your own masterpieces. Warning: no one said art wasn’t messy!

July 8-12

Experiments, Reactions, and Explosions

Jump into the wide world of science as we test the limits of our knowledge! We will explore all kinds of experiments, including chemical reactions, physical phenomenon, and scientific theories. Build a safe container for an egg drop and create your own slime! Campers will have a blast on our field trip to OMSI.

July 15-July 19

Summer on the High Seas

Join us as we explore the great open ocean this summer! Travel from Barbados to the Bermuda Triangle to explore the ocean life and culture. Campers will get to assemble their crew of pirates to build their ship, walk the plank, and find the buried treasure! We’ll top off our voyage with a trip to the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

July 22-July 26

Sherlock to the Rescue

It’s mystery solving time! There has been a crime committed at Camp Albany! We need the best team of detectives to analyze clues and solve the case. Dust for fingerprints, decode secret messages, and put all the clues together to put the criminal behind bars.

July 29-August 2

Lights, Camera, Camp Albany!

The big screen is coming to Camp Albany! We need a team of directors, actors, and camera crew to create this summer’s biggest blockbuster. Campers will learn how to write a script, direct a scene, and operate camera and light equipment. Be sure to join us on our red-carpet premiere.

August 5-August 9

Let the Olympics Begin!

Travel back in time with us as we explore the first Olympics! Campers will get to compete in a variety of games, spanning from the ancient Greek classics to the modern summer sports with a few wacky ones included. Train hard and earn your gold medal!

Creativity comes alive while we explore the artistic world experimenting with a variety of art mediums and styles. Art is not all about paint brushes and canvases. Come ready with your imagination!

July 8-July 10

Super Heros Unite

What is your super power? We’ll explore those as we learn about our favorite superheroes, create our own capes, and compete in a “super powers” Olympics.

July 15-July 17

Wild Concoctions

Who doesn’t love being a mad scientist? From making slime to testing out color mixings to erupting volcanos, our little scientists will make predictions and use everyday ingredients to create some science fun.

July 22-July 24

Crazy Days

Dive right in as we say goodbye to neat and tidy! We’ll explore the wonders of getting down and dirty with our hands-free watermelon eating contest, painting with shaving cream, and create wild arts and crafts using our imagination.

July 29-July 31

To Infinity and Beyond

We’ll be reaching out to the planets and stars as we explore the wonders of the universe. Creating your own alien, building a rocket, and learning about space will having us blasting out to space!
