$29 Billion Covid-19 Restaurant Aid Program
The American Rescue Plan Act established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to provide funding to help restaurants and other eligible businesses keep their doors open. This program will provide restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11, 2023.

Landlord Compensation Fund (HB 4401)
The Oregon Legislature allocated $150 million for a Landlord Compensation Fund. Applications will begin in early February to fund up to $50 million in requests for unpaid rent. Participating landlords must accept 80 cents for every dollar of qualified rent-owed. The third funding round opens June 1, 2021. More information...

Commercial Rent Relief Grants for Businesses with 100 or fewer employees, behind on lease payments
The Oregon Legislative Emergency Board on January 8, 2021, allocated $100 million to fund a new Commercial Rent Relief Program to provide financial assistance to small businesses and landlords adversely affected by economic conditions as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
